Miri Roshni School Rawalakot was established in 2010 as the part of Miri Roshni Academy, to provide Quality Education to MRA’s children (Orphans) and local community’s children. The other major objective of Miri Roshni School is to provide social mix to MRA’s Children. MRS was also a response to a need within the community. It has gone from strength to strength and its development has always been driven by the needs and demands of the local community. This community desire for educational, personal and spiritual excellence has been the driving force behind the continual improvement and development of MRS and has led to the outstanding school we have become today. Our aim is always been to create an outstanding learning community that promotes a culture of educational excellence from within a caring and secure Islamic environment enriched with the values of discipline, mutual care and respect. We are committed to inspiring learners with excellence in academic achievement, character development and service to the local and global community. We want to provide a place for young women to develop as future leaders and active global citizens, and to contribute locally, nationally and further afield. The MRS campus aims to become a focal point not only for local Muslims, but a recognized international centre of excellence for the education and leadership development of youth of any age, race or faith.
